Board of Education News & Notes

The Flemington-Raritan Regional Board of Education held a virtual meeting on Monday, October 26, 2020. Below is a recap of the meeting:

• All agenda motions were approved: Agenda.
• Dr. McGann shared her Superintendent's Report which included presentations by each district Reopening Task Force Committee, an update on the color selected for the Reading-Fleming Intermediate School exterior façade, and an overview of various scheduling considerations. The Board introduced the following new policy for a first reading:

• P 1648 - Restart and Recovery Plan (M)

The Board presented the following new policies for a 2nd reading and adopted them:

• P 1648.02 - Remote Learning Options for Families (M) - revised at the Board table
• P 1648.03 - Restart and Recovery Plan - Full-Time Remote Instruction (M)

• The Board of Education meets again on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7 p.m.
