Front Office Hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Gates open for students at 8:45 am. Students arriving on campus before 8:45 am for a club meeting or working with a teacher must meet the club sponsor/teacher at the gate and time designated by the teacher.

If your student needs to leave early, please complete the online Early Dismissal Form before 10:00 a.m. We will contact a parent/guardian before a student is allowed to drive off campus. Please be available at the number you provided. All early dismissals must sign out at the front office before leaving campus.

If your student was absent for any reason you must submit an absence note within 48 hours of returning to school. You can send in a note to turn into the attendance office or you can complete the 2024-2025 BHS Absentee Form online.

All students should now have their login information for HAC/Schoology/Clever etc. If they do not please have them stop by the front office to see Ms. Lechtrecker or Ms. Houser for assistance.

Private VPN's are prohibited and will block students from accessing school resources. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Internet Safety Policy Guidelines for Students and Visitors.

Beachside High School uses digital IDs for identification. IDs are required to purchase breakfast and/or lunch, check out books from the media center, entry into events etc. Scan the QR code and follow the directions to set up your digital ID. If you do not have a phone and need a physical ID or you are having trouble getting your digital ID please visit the media center for assistance. new.leonards.com

Please note students that have a negative balance in their lunch account are only able to get the school breakfast or lunch until their account has been replenished. PayPams payments can take up to 3 days show up your student's account. If you make a payment, please take a screen shot of the receipt for your student to show the cafeteria.

The state-funded ACT College Reportable test is an important upcoming assessment for all Juniors on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. As a reminder, the ACT College Reportable test is only for 11th graders. To ensure an optimal testing environment, we will allow flexibility to students on this day. All 9th, 10th, and 12th graders will be allowed an at-home learning day. Teachers will post any learn from home assignments on Schoology. Ninth, tenth, or eleventh grade students who choose to attend school will not attend classes but will be assigned a study hall in an alternative location.

If you want your student to leave immediately after the test please follow this link to request an early dismissal https://forms.office.com/r/dw1gL2M6Av. All early dismissal requests must be submitted by the end of the day on Thursday, 2/20. Students will pick up their passes in the courtyard Monday (2/24) before school, during both lunches or before school on Tuesday (2/25). Students who have an early dismissal pass will be able to leave campus as usual. Any student without a pass will not be able to leave campus until a parent comes and signs them out or until regular dismissal.
