It's a good idea to bring a water bottle and sunscreen. PTO will be serving snacks and drinks.

All library books should have been returned at this point in the school year. If your child still has any books checked out you will receive an email from our librarian Mrs. Zuccarello asking that you help your child locate the book or send in money to pay for a replacement. Please email her with any questions at hzuccarello@stcharlessd.org.

Jefferson Field Day will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd.

5th Grade: 8:30am - 10:00am

6th Grade: 12:30pm - 2:00pm

It is a good idea to bring sunscreen and make sure you have a water bottle!

Candy, Chips and bottles of water will be available for purchase for $1.

If you have ordered a yearbook for your student, they will not be available until the last week of school. At that time, each teacher will receive a list of those who ordered and they will be given to them. For those who weren't able to purchase a yearbook before the due date, there will be some extras ordered and will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Please have your students check Lost and Found before the last day of school, if they are missing items! There are lots of glasses, jackets, hoodies and water bottles! All items will be discarded or donated at the end of the day on May 24th!

If your PowerSchool portal is not currently linked to your mySchoolBucks account, accurate lunch balance information will not be reflected. Directions to access and link MySchoolBucks with Power School can be found by clicking HERE.

Check Spam Folder for emails from FoodServiceStCharlessd.org@e-hps.com , this will include Negative Balance Letters, Student Status Updates, Reminders for annual documentation needed, and Senior Balance Information.

Remember to call the attendance secretary (636-443-4402) or email (mgodfrey@stcharlessd.org) each day your child will be out of school so that their absence can be marked as excused. Please make contact by 9am. Please provide doctors notes upon return if available.
