Rockbrook Running Club

Good morning!

Last week's run went very well, and I know we're all excited to start increasing our miles this week. The plan is to run 1.5 miles on Tuesday.

A reminder that there will be NO RUNNING CLUB ON THURSDAY THIS WEEK! This is due to 6th graders being at Outdoor Education, and Ms. Akers being absent.

At the end of each season, we participate in an *optional* 5K race so our team can show off the amazing work they did through Running Club.
