Library Corner
This past month in October we read books on Politeness! The importance of being polite at home, at school and in our community. We all had some fun reading some seasonal Halloween tales. Currently, we have opened up the library at lunch for students. It’s on a first come, first serve basis. The students are able to read quietly, draw, play games, work on puzzles. They’re also having a lot of fun making their own books.

Reflections~
Congratulations to all the participants in this year’s PTA Reflections program! Your creativity and interpretation of the theme “Accepting Imperfections,” truly inspired us all. We are proud to announce that 9 of our first place winners will advance to the next round at the Burbank Council level. We wish them the best of luck representing our school. A heartfelt thank you to the community for supporting the arts and encouraging our students. We’re already looking forward to next year. Stay tuned for more details in 2025! Contact: j.steph.kim@gmail.com
Holiday Boutique~
PTA will host the Holiday Boutique from December 10th to 13th! Students can purchase gifts for their family and friends after school in the auditorium. Volunteer "elves" will help them stay within budget and even wrap their items, so the gifts are a surprise for their recipients. Gift items will range from $0.25 to $14. Keep an eye out for a budget envelope and flyer the week before the event.
Join our group of volunteer elves! Help students shop and wrap gifts by volunteering at the boutique! CLICK HERE to sign up.
