Welcome Back!

It is a great pleasure for us to welcome everyone to Holy Redeemer Catholic School for another terrific year of fun and learning! We welcome the opportunity to be able to serve the needs of the parents, staff and students at Holy Redeemer.

As a staff, we are excited to continue the wonderful reputation that Holy Redeemer has for being a caring, supportive and dedicated learning community. We are so fortunate to be able to provide such a Christ-centered school to educate our young people in their faith and in the desire to serve the Lord. We encourage you as parents to support your child in every step of their learning this year in whatever ways you are able.

Please be in close contact with the homeroom or subject teachers and take the opportunity to attend the parent-student-teacher conferences, join the School-Parent Council meetings or volunteer at the school. Your involvement as a parent sends a strong message to your child about how much you value their education.

If you have not already done so, it’s time to update your child’s A.8 2023/2024 Demographic Confirmation Form for the upcoming school year. It is important for us to have the most up-to-date information about our students as this ensures that we receive all available funding to support your child's learning as well as current information to reach you during the day if necessary. If there is any other information for us to be aware of that is not encompassed in the form or if you have questions of a private or sensitive nature to be discussed, please reach out to the appropriate grade-level administrator. The annual consent forms also allow your child full participation in all activities, field trips and events for optimal learning at Holy Redeemer.

You can follow these steps to access, review and submit the form:

1. Log into Powerschool at https://powerschool.eics.ab.ca/public/

2. Under the “Forms & Fees” menu click “School Engage Student Forms

3. Students - Select your child’s name (please complete one form for each child)

4. Click on the word “New” beside the form name (A.8 2023-2024 Demographic Confirmation Form)
