It’s really hard to believe that we are so close to the end of the year. Soon it will be 2025 and there will be new growth and opportunities for our students. Each and every day I am proud to be your principal. Although we have daily challenges, we have so much to be thankful for at our school.
In the next week, we’ll be very busy! On Friday, we’ll be celebrating our families with a holiday luncheon and choral performance (there is no charge for the luncheon but we will gladly accept donations to help fund the cost of the meals). We hope you will join us!
On Monday we’ll be traveling by bus to Lancaster for a special, Lunenburg School only, showing of the Polar Express! Students and staff should wear their pajamas to school. The rest of the week, Tuesday through Friday, students may dress up for our holiday Spirit Week! I have attached the flyer below.
From our school to your homes, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and we hope you spend quality time with those who mean the most to you!

We're off to see the Polar Express!
Date: Monday, December 16th
Place: Rialto Theater in Lancaster
Time: We'll be leaving school at 8:30 and returning by 11:30 for lunch.
*If you haven't signed the permission slip for Monday's trip, please do so ASAP. No money is necessary--we'll be covering the cost of the trip. Donations are always appreciated!
December 13th -- Holiday Meal & Concert (all families invited!)
December 16th -- Polar Express Movie Trip (in the morning)
December 20th -- Early Release
December 23rd thru January 1st -- Holiday Break
January 2nd -- Back to School from Holiday Break
January 17th -- Early Release
January 20th -- NO School -- MLK Holiday
February 10th -- Winter Activities Begin
