April 2025
Good Afternoon Highland Families!
As we enter the final stretch of the school year, I want to share important updates about upcoming events, including Ohio State Testing dates, senior activities, and final exam schedules for all students. State testing is a crucial time for our students, and those required to participate have already been notified. Attendance remains vital during these assessments to ensure students perform at their best.
If you have any questions regarding the testing schedule or exam procedures, please feel free to contact the school office. Thank you for your ongoing support as we work together to make this a strong finish to the school year.
Go Scots!

Principal, Highland High School
ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS:
Senior Tag
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we move into the final months of the school year, I want to take a moment to address a concern that has once again come to our attention—Senior Tag.
Each year, many students participate in this unofficial game, which is not sanctioned, organized, or endorsed by Highland High School in any way. While Senior Tag may seem like harmless fun, it often involves risky behavior, including reckless driving, trespassing, and other unsafe activities that can put students in dangerous situations. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of every student.
We ask for your help in speaking with your child about making responsible choices. Please take time to ask questions about their participation and reinforce the importance of staying safe. Encouraging open discussions about the potential dangers of Senior Tag can help ensure that all students avoid unnecessary risks.
If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Together, we can work to keep our students safe as they enjoy their senior year.

Congratulations to the March Students of the Month! These students were nominated for their work in and out of the classroom. Great job!
