We were just thrilled with the flexibility and accommodations our families were able to make in order for us to host our 2nd Graduation Celebration (this time, virtually). We are so grateful to the sponsors who afforded us the ability to mail out Family Celebration Kits to each and every graduate, so they could create a more interactive experience complete with medals, crafts, and treats. After celebrating all spring, this summer, our leadership teams are focusing on some exciting, new initiatives:
- We are thrilled to have Local Leaders helping to bring our C.I.T.Y. programs to neighborhoods across Chicagoland. Check out their bios and contact information, and get in touch with these fine volunteers! They want to hear from you to create meaningful events and resources at a local level.
- Sign up for our FREE "Birthday Buddies" program where your child can receive a birthday greeting from another child in our C.I.T.Y!
- Stay tuned for details as we work to create an exciting new educational experience where PARENTS teach the PROFESSIONALS in our V.I.P. Program ("Values in Perspective"). Thank you to all the parents who have contributed thus far!
Although our in-person playgroups and events have been put on hold for now, your C.I.T.Y. is working hard behind the scenes. As always, we welcome your participation in our Virtual Happy Hours and in our dynamic Facebook Group. We are here for you to make social connections, especially during this time of social distancing.
