Q: How can I track my PL hours in Frontline?
A: Log into your Greece Professional Growth account. On the left, click on:
My Info → Portfolio → My Pathways (The default is the current year and web page) → Run Report. It will show you the PL you have submitted in Frontline and the status. Recently completed means that the hours were awarded.

Math Instructional Coaching Opportunity!
We wanted to share an exciting opportunity to earn PL hours through an instructional coaching cycle during the workday!! Learn more about the math Instructional Coaching Cycle below...
- During an instructional coaching cycle the coach and the coachee will collaborate to identify a goal, learn about an instructional strategy to support the goal, implement, reflect and improve the chosen strategy, and complete a final reflection.
- The instructional coaching cycle will take place during the work day but you will earn PL hours.
- Coaching cycles will be scheduled in the order of submission, therefore cycles will take place throughout the school year.

NYSUT Regional CTLE/PL Opportunities:
We are pleased to join with the WNY Regional Office in offering FREE professional development sessions in the upcoming months from NYSUT's Education & Learning Trust (ELT). These sessions are available at no cost for teachers and SRPs who are NYSUT members. They are all online.
This time we are offering 5-hour and 7-hour online sessions that you take at your own pace over a period of 30 days. Each session begins on a Monday and you have the full 30 days to complete the coursework.

All of these courses qualify for CTLE credit.
We encourage our members to take advantage of this FREE professional development. Some sessions may be designated for new members but if you are interested in any of them, please feel free to sign up regardless of how long you have been working in the profession.

Magic School Professional Learning
Log into Classlink. Log into Magic School. Click on Training along the left side for PL opportunities !! PL needs to be 1 hour in length. You may take several PL opportunities that equal 1 hour. They also offer 30 minute certification courses. After completing these courses, you will be able to utilize MagicSchool to its full potential, harnessing the power of generative AI for educators to create engaging and tailored educational content to support you in the classroom. You’ll learn AI best practices, how to write great prompts, create custom tools, generate images, and more. One page overview of recommended books.
As a Greece Central employee, you have access to books that you can download to a computer or an e-reader and read and listen to. You can type in a topic like feedback and the search will create a list of all the resources on feedback in the form of chapters in books or sections of books or maybe an entire book. You can save searches to your own library. Or, you can download a whole book and read the entire book. *This e-library collection is provided at no cost to GCSD employees with funding from the New York State Teacher Centers.
