Spring Break Fun

SPR Is looking rock solid

Teacher nomination form: this form to nominate your students for either an academic or Firebird Award (character traits).
Due: April 4th. Submit up to 4 students total for academic awards and two students per Firebird character trait.
Parent nomination form as in HR MC's This will help us capture all the wonderful student extracurricular awards occurring outside of FVHS.

Due 4/25: Pace Charts and Exemption (if you are a new course next year you should all have access to the the draft shell version of the course. If you do not please let me know but I think I have given them all to you at this point).

Information for the Week

March/April Monthly Walkthrough

The monthly walkthrough form for March and April will be combined as one. I will reach out to you to schedule your MWT after I complete your formal. You will see a MWT form for you to fill out in OneNote. Formal observations will be completed and discussed during March or April also.


Out of the Office Next Week- IL F2F

I will be out of the office Monday-Wednesday next week attending the IL face to face event. While I will still have my computer and phone with me, please know that my response will be delayed. Don't hesitate to message me through Teams if you have a question or a concern. If it is an emergency, feel free to call me on my cell phone.


Firebird week is April 14-18

Student government has worked hard to provide a week's worth of fun virtual events for this week. Please spread the word to your students and encourage participation. We would love for all staff to participate too and add your class photos to our Firebird Week Padlet

and help us participate!

New Performance Management Request Ticketing Process

All Performance Management requests related to evaluations (e.g., goal reopening/deleting, previous evaluation requests, extension requests, access requests, etc.) must now be submitted through a new ticketing process. FLVS Student Art Showcase and Reception

Upcoming public FLVS Student Art Showcase and Reception titled "A Universe of Possibilities" being held on May 29th from 6-8 pm at the Orlando Science Center. We want all students who have an interest to participate. We have many talented artists. FSA students are participating as well, under separate process. This is a great opportunity for FLVS and our students to be recognized. Information on the reception along with registration will be forthcoming.
