Weekly Wildcat
April 19, 2024
Hello from Mrs. Katz!
It was great to welcome our Wildcats back from spring break this week and I enjoyed seeing you at our TK/K music performance! I'm thrilled to share that after applying for the Inclusive Practices Award, highlighting our school's dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels a sense of belonging, we are moving on to the next round which includes a site validation visit.
I have been continually impressed by our site's efforts in embracing inclusivity, particularly in partnering general ed and sped ed classes as well as including our sped classes in all events, assemblies, and performances. Our staff's commitment to inclusion has truly made a difference in our school community. I hope to share great news with all of you soon!!
And finally, let's rally behind our 3rd-5th graders as they begin state testing next week! Please remember to send your child's chromebook to school fully charged.
