Celebrating Success
We are so proud of our students for their hard work and positive attitudes. This year, we’ve seen students step up as leaders, engage in meaningful learning experiences, and demonstrate kindness to their peers. Whether through academic achievements, athletic accomplishments, or acts of service, our students continue to shine. Of course we have made mistakes this school year, but they offer the opportunity to grow as a humans. This December, we encourage families to reflect on the successes of 2024 with your child. Ask them about their proudest moments so far, and set goals together for the new year.
Thank You, Families! Your partnership is vital to the success of our school. Thank you for supporting your child’s education and for being an active part of our middle school community.
Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday season,

High School Principal's Message
The holiday season is upon us and the energy around school is palpable! We wish all Windom students and their families a blessed and happy holidays.
The coming of the holiday season also brings about the start of the winter season. Thanks to our community for the support of all our winter activity participants. Participation in extra curricular activities plays a major positive role in the success of our student athletes. Our coaches and advisors do an amazing job giving their time and care to see the success of our teams. We hope to see you out supporting the Eagles/Cobras this Winter Season!
Circle December 16 - the Sounds of the Season concert is always a highlight for our MS & HS - we would love to see a packed Gold Gym to support our choirs!
We are in the second half of quarter 2 - there is a quick turnaround from Thanksgiving to Christmas - only 3 full weeks of school - then another quick turnaround from Christmas Break to the end of quarter 2/semester 1 - only 12 days! It is imperative that students are staying caught up on all school work and taking advantage of all the great support we provide. We have Eagle Elevation Hour every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday til 4:15 PM - students can come get homework help, specifically math. In addition, we have Study Table every Wednesday 2:45-3:30 - more help for students with missing assignments. Finally, our teachers are always available and do an amazing job of helping students before/after school. Let's pull together and make sure each student is prepared to finish semester 1 on a high note!
Friday, December 20 is a 12:35 release day. We are planning to have a reward day for our students and hopefully a special opportunity to reward all for a great September through December. We will share more details as they are confirmed.
Have A Happy & Safe Christmas Holiday Season, Go Eagles!
