Thank you to everyone who supported our Kindness Challenge Fundraiser! We had our best year yet!

• $17,169 Raised

• 1,469 Acts of Kindness Completed

• 285 Participants

After fees, the Builta PTA will receive 91% of the funds raised, for a total of $15,684! We’re looking forward to investing this money back into our school, so stay tuned for updates!

The following students will receive prizes:

• Top 10: Students in the Top 10 for most money raised win a Raise Craze trophy and a jump pass to SkyZone Trampoline Park! The Top 10 students are: Isla Thachet (1Z), Maddie Chang (3V), Lincoln Woodward (2J), Lucas Boutet (1H), Logan Estacio (2S), Trent Tatar (4N), Jeremiah Hsu (KJ), Jacob Dixon (KH), Rayyan Mudhar (KH), Mahith Desai (4N)

• Top 25: Thanks to SkyZone for their generous support, our top 25 students will receive a SkyZone jump pass! The remaining students in our Top 25 for most money raised include: Kristian Falkowski (3J), Nico Steinbarth (3J), Burhanuddin Badruddin (4P), Mohammed Badruddin (2S), Westin Bielawski (3V), Shreyas Siddhi (3V), Linden Ferraro (4P), Pierson Ferraro (1HE), Emma Chen (2S), Aarav Soni (5T), Wyatt Dixon (4N), Ender Loza (3V), Anthony Patano (3V), Kylee James (2J), Zoey Taylor (5T)

The following classrooms have earned prizes:

• Oreo Parties: 1Z for the most money raised at $2,418 and 3V for the most acts of kindness at 198.

• Popsicle Parties: While a lot of our classrooms filled their bingo cards, many others came very close with just one or two squares remaining. Thanks to our students’ hard work, we have rewarded ALL classrooms with a popsicle party!

• Amazon Gift Cards: The following teachers will receive Amazon gift cards to spend on classroom supplies as a reward for helping their class raise the most money: 1Z in first place ($100), 3V in second place ($75), and 2s in third place ($50).

It’s time to celebrate our hard work! As a thank you to our students for meeting our fundraising goal, our all-school inflatable party will take place on Wednesday, December 18. Students must wear socks to school on this day.

We are looking for volunteers to help supervise our parties. Please sign up for a 1-hour time slot using the link below. If you have multiple children you are welcome to sign up for more than one time slot.

Thank you for supporting our Nurse’s office as an act of kindness! Our students filled the monster with pants, shirts and new underwear to help Nurse Ashley when students are in need.

Note: While we had a blast filling up the monster during our fundraiser, don’t forget that Nurse Ashley is always in need of gently used clothing. Donations are accepted year-round and can be dropped off any time in the Nurse’s office.

Help us wish our staff a very happy holiday break with a potluck lunch. We are looking for volunteers to sign up to donate food items, whether it’s a cultural dish or a holiday family favorite! All foods must be dropped off the morning of Wednesday 12/18.See sign up form for additional details.
