Student Drop-off & Pickup Procedure
Myrtle Ave is our Bus Lane and is closed for drop-off and pickup traffic for the safety of our students.
Drop-off Window: 7:35 - 7:43am Pick Up Time: 2:28pm
*After 7:43am, the back doors are closed and students should be dropped off at the Main Office on Villa Avenue. If your child wants breakfast, they should use the 7th & 8th grade entrance. Students can come right in and grab breakfast. For student drop-off and pickup, please park in the spots on Harrison Avenue by our soccer field. If that parking area gets full, you can use the Villa Avenue district lot. If you plan to drop-off and go, please let your student out at the southwest corner of Harrison Avenue & Myrtle Drive, while driving westbound on Harrison Avenue. Parking and driving space is limited around Albright, so we suggest coming as close to the arrival and dismissal time as possible. For safety
reasons, do not turn around on Myrtle Avenue, especially when buses are unloading students. We appreciate your support as keeping our students safe is our priority.

ELearning Plans for Inclement Weather
We want to keep you informed about our plan for eLearning days, which may be used in the event of an emergency or severe weather. These days are considered official school days, so it’s important to review the information below to ensure everyone is prepared.
Notification Process
In the event of an eLearning day, families will receive a message from our superintendent, Dr. Amy Zaher, via Thrillshare. Notifications will also be posted on our website and social media platforms. We strive to notify families as early as possible before an anticipated storm so that students, families, and staff can prepare.
Student Preparation
Teachers will prepare students in advance so they know how to join their classes remotely. On an eLearning day, simply have your child log in to their device, and we’ll guide them from there!
Attendance
Since eLearning days count as school days, it’s important to call in your child as absent if they are unable to attend remotely.
eLearning Day Schedule
Please take a moment to review the detailed eLearning schedule we’ve provided to ensure your family is ready should we need to transition to remote learning.
Thank you for your cooperation and support as we work together to ensure learning continues smoothly, no matter the weather!
