AMS Weekly Principal's Memo

It was a busy week here as students worked extremely hard to show their best work on the Math MCAS both Tuesday and Thursday. We welcomed our new Andrews students to view our school and classes on Monday night and several of our students shined by conducting tours and leading a student panel to talk about life at Andrews. The 8th grade class attended a presentation of Romeo and Juliet production put on by the Tufts University theatre program at the McGlynn Auditorium. The cooking class "visited" Mexico through the creation of some Guacamole and authentic tacos with the help of our own Spanish teacher Ms. Maria. Finally, our teachers ate like royalty and won a few gift cards sponsored by the PTO in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you to all of our hardworking teachers for making a difference every day!
