Board of Education Meeting Recap

• Everyone is gearing up for the winter break and SHS is in full holiday spirit this week, with daily themes.
• Winter sports are in full swing - Boys and Girls basketball teams won the Bosco tournament held last weekend at SHS.
• Last week Paws For Change brought therapy dogs for students to snuggle with during unit lunch.

A big shout-out to our amazingly talented Suffern High School select choir for singing to the Board of Education last night, putting everyone in the holiday spirit! This talented group of individuals has been showcasing their voices across town last week and this, and we are grateful for their appearace at the BOE! We wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza and Happy Solstice indeed!

The results of our school survey are in, and while we're still diving deeper into the comments and suggestions, during last night's meeting, Dr. Gundersen gave a high-level overview of the results. The survey was issued to get a sense of how people are feeling about their experiences so far this year.
