LIBRARY NEWS
Native American Mythbusters
This week we marked Native American Heritage Month with some pop-up exhibits in the courtyard during lunches. Students engaged with our Native American Mythbusters activities and learned about the residential schools for Indians, matched notable Native Americans with their work on behalf of their community and cleared up some common misconceptions. Thankful for the several hundred students who stopped by this lunchtime learning opportunity and for Mr. Rios, Mrs. Ibrahim, Mrs. Bartell and Mrs. Utterback for encouraging their students to attend.
Students are no longer required to isolate for five days but must still be fever free for 24 hours without the help of fever reducing medication. Please review the new district guidelines here or reach out to the Clark Clinic Nurses.
MEDICATIONS
***ALL medication must be given through the clinic with physician orders, including over the counter meds like Tylenol, Advil etc. Please DO NOT send any medication to school with your student without contacting the clinic first.
