There are pledge cards in the Welcome center in front of the TV showing the new design. If you would take one of the cards and prayerfully consider how much you and your family would give towards the project over the next few months. Fill out the card and put it in one of the white offering boxes in the Sanctuary before the 15th. This will help us better know where we are in the over all campaign.
We have a goal of raising $300,000 to complete the Sanctuary Remodel Project - bringing our sanctuary up to date, with new seating, lighting, paint, carpet, and an updated platform design. We have raised $52,111 towards our goal. Please prayerfully consider giving towards this project. If you would like to give to the campaign you can click on the image above and select the Building Fund in the options to give online. All funds given to the building fund will be specifically used for this project. Thank you for your support.
There will be a Special Called Business Meeting on December 15th right after church. Please make sure to put this down on your calendars.
Deacon's Meeting
There will be a Deacon's Meeting this Sunday at 2pm. Please make sure have the date saved in your calendars.
Lottie Moon Offering
Lottie Moon was sent as a Southern Baptist missionary to China from 1873 to 1912. She saw firsthand the world’s greatest problem — LOSTNESS. Meeting so many people who had never heard the gospel compelled her to write letters to American churches describing the need for a greater missionary presence.
She pleaded for increased prayer and financial support to send and sustain more missionaries. This challenge became known as the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
This year as a church our goal is to raise $5,000. The envelopes can be located on top of the white offering boxes in the Sanctuary. Prayer Guides are also available out in the Welcome Center on the Welcome Center Desk.
In the month of December we will not have meals on Wednesday nights but we will still have all other activities.
If you would take a couple of minutes and take our Wednesday Night Dinner Survey so we can plan for the Spring. You can CLICK HERE to take the survey.
There will be pizza provided for the kids and student ministry for the month of December we will meet in the Fellowship Hall at 5:30.
Mission Trip to the Philippines
In January 2025, Pastor Chris and Pastor Christopher will be traveling to Davao City, Philippines with First Baptist Church Diamond, MO for a time of discipleship training and children's outreach. In October of 2023, Pastor Mayonito Ganzon of Grace Baptist Church in Davao City contacted Pastor Chris for assistance in training new Christians. According to Pastor Ganzon, a majority of the members of his church are new believers but they have a desire to reach children for Jesus Christ. Pastor Ganzon requested help in disciplining these new believers who go out each Saturday to share Bible studies with the children in the village. The purpose of this mission trip will be to spend two days of training these new believers and equipping them to share the gospel. If you would like to assist with this training effort you may make a donation to help purchase children's books and curriculum that will help equip the children's outreach ministry of Grace Baptist Church. This mission endvor is a partnership between Parkade Baptist and First Baptist Church, Dimond, MO facilitated by the Future Leadership Foundation. The Future Leadership Foundation exists to create international partnerships for the purpose of training, equipping, and disciplining a new generation of church leaders.
