Principal's Message
Dear Families,
As we wrap up the 2023-2024 school year, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible Arrowhead community. Our caregivers, community members, PTCO, staff, and students have poured their time, energy, and love into making this year truly amazing. While we are sad to say goodbye to our students, we know they are already diving into their favorite summertime activities!
I would like to congratulate the following teachers on their retirement this year: Mrs. Dennison, Ms. Mains, Ms. Pedrett, and Ms. Peterson. With almost a century of combined teaching experience, their impact on the students of Arrowhead is immeasurable. They will be deeply missed by all and wish them the best on this next chapter!
Below you will find information about the start of school next year. We will send another email at the end of July with more information, but we wanted you to have these dates now as you plan ahead! Our website will always have the most current information though, so please check that regularly!
Thank you for an unforgettable year, and we wish everyone a safe and joyful summer!
Kind regards,
Kelsey Jones
Principal

Renovations at Arrowhead
Since the building is closed for renovations, Arrowhead office staff and administration are working out of Cimarron Elementary. Our phone numbers are the same though, so please feel free to give us a call if you need anything!
Summer Office Closures
The Arrowhead office will be closed from June 10-July 12. We will be back in the office on July 15 and will respond to emails and messages when we return. When we return, we will be working out of Cimarron Elementary until the construction at Arrowhead is complete. We will let you know once we are back in the building!
If you are needing to register your child for PreK, Kindergarten, or you are a new family joining Arrowhead, please visit the district Admissions website for information on how to register. We look forward to meeting you in August!
Kindergarten Information
Meet and Greets
Our Meet and Greet format for next year will be similar to what we did this year. Since Arrowhead is under construction this summer, our teachers will need more time to unpack their materials and get their classrooms ready to welcome students! Our Meet and Greets will be as follows:
PreK and Kindergarten: Monday, August 12 from 3:00-3:40 pm
1st and 2nd grade: Tuesday, August 13 from 7:45-8:15 am (students will stay for the remainder of the day and will be dismissed at 2:45 pm)
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade: Monday, August 12 from 7:45-8:15 am (students will stay for the remainder of the day and will be dismissed at 2:45 pm)
In lieu of Back to School Night, we will again hold Family Connection Meetings at the start of the year in which you will be able to sit one-on-one with your child's teacher to share information about your child and ask questions. Your child's teacher will send a sign-up for these at the beginning of the school year.
