Teacher Appreciation Week
May 6-10, 2024
Greetings, Mighty Medford Teachers!
We want to give you a big shout-out and say “thank you” this Teacher Appreciation Week and ALWAYS! You embody our Leadership Definition by fiercely dedicating yourselves to learning for all, and knowing that connections between and among our students will lead to a more hopeful future.
Your dedication, compassion, and commitment make a difference, and it doesn't go unnoticed.
Check out some of these quotes from MSD parents:
“My daughter had Mr. Harding as a 2nd-grade teacher at Jackson. Even as she has moved up a grade, he still checks in on her when we see him after school. He truly cares about learning, even when he's not their teacher. He could identify why my daughter was missing half her math problems. He also gave her tools to grow and improve in both school and in life. We were sad to lose him as our teacher, but thankful to know he still cares and hopes for the best for our girl.”
“My daughter has been having several issues with her learning. Ms.Cool at Roosevelt has been so patient with her, always highlighting student growth. We couldn't be more grateful for the relationship she has obtained with my student.”
“Mr. Muffler is not just their instructor, but a mentor, a friend, counselor, and so much more. I have known him for about six years; for the past three, he has had my son in his class at North. Mr. Muffler always had his door open for my son and was always there to listen, problem-solve, and offer guidance. He truly is a blessing to our students; he is dedicated to helping them learn and succeed at school and everywhere else.”
Thanks for everything you do to shape our students' futures and encourage them to be their best selves. You create options that are open and hopeful!
Enjoy the week,
Bret
