Finance and Payroll
W-2 Information
W-2s for 2024 will be prepared and available through Employee Self Service by 01/03/2025. If you did not consent to online only, a copy will be mailed in January.
Please take this time to log into employee self service to verify/update your address. Your W-2 will be mailed to the address in employee self service.
Please note: The State will not issue duplicate W-2s and Payroll is unable to print out W-2s. Even if you did not consent to online W-2s, they are still available in employee self service. If you do not receive or lose your mailed copy of W-2s, you will need to access employee self service to retrieve your W-2
Technology
With the holiday season in full swing, we would like to remind everyone that phishing scams are around every corner! Please remember that you should never share your passwords, social security numbers, or any personal information with anyone through email or text. Financial institutions, healthcare providers, and any reputable company will not request this information via email or cell phone.
As a security measure to help keep your information safe while in the workplace, you should be locking your computer every time you step away from it. By hitting the ‘CTRL’ and the ‘L’ buttons at the same time, your computer will ‘lock’ and you must enter your password to sign back in. This will prevent other staff members or students from potentially compromising your account or data information.
The Technology Department wishes everyone a safe and fun Winter Break! See you in the New Year!
