This year Mr. Kimball started a new award called the RISE Award for every campus. It is awarded to a staff member quarterly who has served his/her campus effectively and exemplifies the following characteristics:
- Relationships (builds quality relationships with students, parents, and/or colleagues)
- Innovative (Is innovative in a way that is transformative)
- Servant’s Heart (puts others needs first, elevates others through service)
- Enthusiastic (enthusiasm and energy makes a difference)

Nancy Harris is the epitome of a servant leader. She constantly has a smile on her face as she is working with students. She is patient, kind and loving to our little Raiders day in and day out. She will help out wherever needed and has an incredible work ethic. Nancy also graciously took on the responsibility of raising our flags early each morning and taking great care of this symbol of national pride. She is a ray of sunshine wherever she goes and such a wonderful asset to our school. I am proud to nominate her for our campus RISE award.

SISD has partnered with School Cafe for cafeteria payments!

With School Cafe, you can apply for free and reduced meal plans, manage your Raider's lunch balance and check out nutrition information. It's easy!

The School Cafe app will be available in the Sunnyvale ISD App!

Click on the School Cafe Set Up Quick Card to set up your Raider's new lunch account! All students who wish to pay for lunch using their student account number must register with School Cafe.
