I wanted to inform you that Rev. Alexander has told us that, due to family health issues, he will be retiring at the end of this church year (June 30, 2025). While we are sorry to hear that his retirement will be a year earlier than planned, we understand and support his decision.
The Board has called a special meeting this Wednesday, November 6, at 7:00 pm, in order to discuss this. As is the case with all Board meetings, any member is welcome to attend. Because of the amount of advance notice kindly given by Scott, the situation should be manageable. We will be sure to regularly update the congregation with our plans, and progress made towards finding a replacement.
