CMAS Information
State Testing is coming up soon. Here is a link to the schedule. Please prioritize student attendance and adjust conflicting appointments if you can for these days. Our students and staff have been working hard and this is one way that we show the fruit of our efforts.
If you would like to excuse your child from testing, here is the link for the steps to that form.
April Newsletter
New Website Launch
Great News! Clear Sky Elementary has a brand-new website, cse.dcsdk12.org!
Our new website’s streamlined design makes it easier and faster for you to access what you’re looking for. Some highlights:
Quicklinks right under the main image for fast access.
Main navigation menus that more consistently match other schools (great for families with kids in multiple schools).
New sites are fully accessible for users who have vision challenges.
Sites scale down to phones and tablets better, with nice, big buttons that make it easier to scroll and quickly link to whatever you need.
Please note that even though we have had several people comb through each new site, we may have missed something along the way with the thousands of pages and tens of thousands of links we have to change. We’re grateful for your patience.
Robotics Club
Parents,
There is a second round of Robotics Club for our Kindi, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd grade students. We will be meeting on designated Friday mornings during April and May. Please use this Google Form to register your student. Reach out to Mrs. Jensen if you have any questions.
A Message from Mrs. Jensen in the Innovation Lab
CSE families...stuffing needed! I have a new project coming up for our next rotation in the Innovation Lab. I am looking for some pillow stuffing. If you have any that you would like to donate, it would be greatly appreciated! It can be dropped off in my classroom or at the office.
THANK YOU!

Yearbook
Get your yearbook ordered now!
Available for pre-order until April 15, 2025.
https://store.shopyearbook.com/cseyearbooks2024-2025
Personalized pages available for an additional $7.95 after initial purchase of the yearbook.
What are personalized pages? These are four pages that you can customize for your child, which are added as the last few pages to YOUR book only. When purchasing a yearbook, you will not see an option to personalize the book, BUT once purchased, you will receive an email from "support" which will have a subject line of personalizing your 2024-2025 yearbook. It will give you step by step instructions on how to do this. You can upload your own photos and design your pages however you would like, completely unique to your child. Think of it as digital scrapbooking. It is user friendly, so don't worry if you have never done anything like it before. You can add anything you want: photos from sports, family outings, fun at home, trips to the zoo or museum, the content is all up to you! Your deadline for personalization will be until the yearbooks are ordered in the spring (April 15, 2025). If you have any questions, please send them to cseyearbooks@gmail.com
