Dear SMS Community,

We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes to our newsletter! Beginning this month, we will include a dedicated grade-level section and a specialist section to celebrate and highlight the amazing opportunities and experiences happening here at South Meadow School.

From hands-on science experiments and creative writing projects to performances in music and drama, team-building activities, and athletic achievements, our students are immersed in incredible learning experiences every day.

By expanding the newsletter, we hope to give families and community members a more comprehensive view of the rich and varied educational experiences that make SMS such a special place to learn and grow.

We can’t wait to share these snapshots of student life with you and hope you enjoy this new way of staying connected to all the wonderful things happening at SMS!

SMS Drama Club is looking for newspaper donations for building props for this year's production! If you and your family have a stack of newspapers lying around, we will gladly take them off your hands. Bring them in and drop them in the office or in Ms.Angela's room. Thank you!

Help support the South Meadow School 8th grade American Heritage Tour trip next Spring. Connolly Farm made an ice cream flavor just for us and all money raised goes directly to the students and their trip. Please note this flavor only is priced at $8.00 per quart all other quart flavors are $7.50.

Sora - Digital Library

SMS students can access Sora, a comprehensive digital library offering a wide selection of ebooks and audiobooks. In addition to using Sora on their school-provided Chromebooks, students and parents have the flexibility to log in on home computers or through the Sora mobile app.
