Hey Rattlers, Welcome to the September 2024 Edition of the Rancho Mirage High School Wellness Center Newsletter!
As we observe National Suicide Prevention Month, we are reminded of the importance of connection, hope, and support within our school community. This month, our Wellness Center staff and dedicated Wellness Ambassadors have been committed to spreading hope, raising awareness, and creating several opportunites for students to connect, share, and support one another.
Wellness Wednesdays:
Our 'Wellness Wednesday' lunch activities are designed to foster open conversations about mental health, encourage students to reach out when they need help, and remind everyone that they are not alone!

Mindful Mondays:
Our bi-monthly 'Mindful Monday' morning activities offer a calming start to the week before school begins from 8:00-8:40am in Room 402/403. Students are invited to join us for engaging mindfulness activites such as journaling, enjoying calm music,and quiet reflection. Mindful Mondays offer a peaceful way to set intentions, reduce stress, and begin the week with a positive mindset! Join us!

Join us for one ( or all! ) of our Wellness Center activites this month! Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health, uplift our peers, and spread a message of hope & resilience. Remember the Wellness Center Staff and Counselors are always here for you 😊
