Community feedback will be evaluated to determine challenging and progressive opportunities we may be able to present to the students of Paramus.
Snow Bowl
For the past several years, I've been involved in a fundraiser for the Special Olympics. This year marks the 19th annual Snow Bowl in New Jersey, a flag football tournament held at MetLife Stadium from March 7-9. My team, Wildwood, is excited and ready to bring home the championship! While there’s no obligation, if you’d like to support this great cause, feel free to visit my fundraising page here.
PHS Seniors Showcase Artwork at William Paterson's Art Start Exhibition!
Congratulations to the following PHS AP Art students: Bitna Ryu, Garen Kadehjian, Sophia Sarkies, Sarah Al-Yousefy, Cesar Ortiz Munroy, and Kanna Nishimura! Their artworks were selected for display at William Paterson University’s Annual Art Start Exhibition, which features the work of talented students from across Northern New Jersey. The exhibit has been on display since January 27th, and the closing reception—attended by teachers, family, and friends—took place this past Monday at the university’s Power Art Center Gallery in Wayne.
Parent Workshop Series
Our Parent Workshop Series is a resource designed to support Paramus Public School parents and guardians in fostering the mental health and well-being of their children and teens. Curated by our school-based CarePlus clinicians, these recorded workshops—offered since 2019—cover essential topics such as resilience, effective communication, executive functioning, social skills, emotional regulation, and more.

Luciano's Eagle Scout Project
For years the loft has collected props and other items that has led to clutter and disorganization. Luciano Guidetti saw this issue his 9th-grade year and with the assistance of Mrs. Fernandes, our Drama Club Director, Luciano decided to do something about it as a sophomore. Luciano was determined to clean out the loft and reorganize the area so that it can remain that way for years to come. Giving back PHS is a great way for Luciano to demonstrate the skills needed to be an Eagle Scout.

Spring Craft Show
What a Trip!!!
Yesterday the PHS flute choir and string quartet had a fantastic trip to the NJMEA conference in Atlantic City. Both groups gave outstanding performances and represented our school exceptionally well in front of the music educators in attendance.
