May 9th was the last day for After School!

It's that time of year, we will have our grade level awards ceremonies right around the corner! Award ceremonies are invitation only, if your student is receiving an award you have received an invitation via email. 6th grade awards ceremony will be held Tuesday 5/21/24 at Barron Collier High School at 6:00PM 7th grade awards ceremony will be held at Barron Collier High School Tuesday 5/21/24 at 7:00PM. 8th grade awards ceremony will be held Wednesday 5/29/24 at Barron Collier High School at 6:30 PM

Attached you will find information and a calendar for current 8th graders that wish to participate in football at Barron Collier as 9th graders next year. We look forward to starting to work with our future Cougars Monday, April 29. Due to bussing issues, we will not be offering a bus this spring, and will go from 6-7:30 pm. Please make every effort to attend each session. I Have Also attached a physical form, if they do not have a current physical. (365 Days/ Proper Form)

1. Please register as a current 8th grade student

2. Please select Barron Collier High School

3. Please select all sports you plan on playing or trying out for all year (fall, winter, spring).

4. Please make sure page 4 is filled out correctly and signed by your parents, the student, and most importantly the doctor with stamp.

5. Birth Certificate

6. Insurance card picture (Or reference school insurance policy. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company- CCPS, Policy # 09-0166-2023).

Parents- please remember the only safe area to drop off your child is in the car rider line. Dropping off students in the circle is not a safe area as many cars and busses are in the area. Thank you for helping keep PRM safe!

Please schedule an appointment to meet with someone from PRM for your student. You can reach the proper staff by dialing 239-377-5000. Academic concerns would be with Guidance and then with Ms. Coloma. Student issues would be Guidance and then Mr. Badillo. Special Programs would be under the direction of Mr. Spencer. Finally, Mrs. Gordon is available after those steps. Parents will be asked who their appointment is with when they arrive at the school. Thank you!
