Dear Stonewall Supporters,

I want to personally thank you for your support as I have taken on the role of Executive Director at Stonewall Alliance Center this year. Thanks to you, we were able to respond to the Camp Fire tragedy, and to become a safe haven for our neighbors on the Ridge who evacuated. Thanks to you, we were able to expand our group offerings and community trainings, helping our community respond with care to LGBT*Q+ clients and customers. Thanks to you, we were able to host another successful Chico Pride Weekend, where thousands of community members celebrated identity and diversity throughout the City of Chico.


I am grateful to be a part of community coming together in solidarity, to support equality, justice, and affirmation for our LGBT*Q+ friends and neighbors. I am also proud to be a part of expanding this incredible organization to better serve our communities in years to come.


Tomorrow, you will have the chance to keep this commitment strong, and to support our work for Giving Tuesday. We are asking you to fight for equality with us, by committing a donation to Stonewall Alliance Center.

Your contribution supports our mission to build a stronger LGBT*Q+ community in the North State. It allows us to offer identity-affirming and affordable counseling services. It enables us to host celebratory and educational events for our LGBT*Q+ community members. It helps us promote health and wellness through HIV testing and harm reduction education. It keeps us present at community events, high school classrooms, and college campuses.


More than anything, your commitment to us demonstrates that our work is powered and supported by real people living in the communities we serve.
