Please communicate with the FFA advisors your plans to move in. The further in advance we know the better we will be able to accommodate your plans. All pen rent and tags must be paid and barn contract signed prior to moving in.

To all our FFA Members showing animals and their families,

As we begin this show season, the safety of our members, their families and the projects is our top priority. We are requiring each guest at the barn to fill out a check in/check out sheet. This will help the district keep track of who is coming and going in the barn in addition to our members and their parents. Please have each guest scan the QR code posted on the doors as they arrive and leave the barn.

TCYS Entries are due to the Ag Department by October 9th.

Chicken orders are due to TCYS on October 11th by 5PM.

Lamb & Goat Validation will be held during fall break on Wednesday October 16.
