A Message from Admin
Hello Dolphin Families,
We’ve made it to Friday, and next week is an exciting one—Spring conference time! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, celebrate your child’s progress, and set goals for the final stretch of the school year. Then, of course, we all get to enjoy a well-deserved SPRING BREAK!
Conference Week Tips for Families:
- Come ready to celebrate your child’s growth and ask any questions.
- Be on time—our teachers have a full schedule!
- Most importantly, know that we are partners in your child’s success!
Looking Ahead
With spring break on the horizon, let’s keep our momentum strong while also finding moments to pause and enjoy the sunshine. Thank you for your partnership and support.
Proud to be a Dolphin!

Students Leaving Early
Attendance is important! We understand there are times when appointments cannot be made outside of school hours. When this happens, please make sure to follow the below steps.
- Come to the front office with your picture ID
- Sign the required slip to take your student early
- The office will call your students classroom and ask them to walk to the office (note: UTK students will be escorted by a staff member)
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you request that your student be in the office waiting when you arrive, we do our very best to have them ready in the office, but please understand that this is not always a possibility. We appreciate your understanding.
