The parent/guardian that has identified as the Permission Click Contact has received the returning student permission click form. All students are required to have this form submitted.
- If you didn't receive the email, please ensure you are the parent/guardian that has signed up to receive the permission click emails and check your junk and other folders.
- If your child(ren) will not be returning, please indicate on the form.
- If you see any incorrect information on your form, or you need to make changes or corrections after your form has been submitted, please contact the office and we can restart the response for you. 780-632-3113
