We are excited to invite the Maple Run community to join us for two informative sessions on restorative practices, hosted by Maple Run Unified School District with guests from Starling Collaborative. These sessions will explore how restorative practices can strengthen relationships, promote accountability, and create a supportive environment for our students, families, and educators. You’ll learn valuable strategies for fostering a positive, inclusive community both at school and at home.
Facilitators for these sessions include Jeff Rouleau, a Maple Run parent, teacher, coach, and Restorative Practices Trainer, and Stacie Rouleau, a Maple Run parent, teacher, coach, administrator, and Restorative Practices Trainer. Camille Koosmann, representing Starling Collaborative, is a restorative practitioner, trainer, and coach who formerly led the Restorative Practices in Schools program for the Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center.
Light food and childcare will be provided. Register today to be part of this important conversation! For more information, contact Alexis Hoyt at ahoyt@maplerun.org or 802-370-3946.
VPA's Brand-New Sportsmanship Video, Student Voices
The Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA) is thrilled to unveil our brand-new Sportsmanship Video, featuring the powerful voices of student-athletes from across the state! Sportsmanship isn’t just about competition—it’s about respect, leadership, and lifting each other up. This inspiring video captures the heart of Vermont athletics, reminding us all that every game is an opportunity to lead by example.
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of the Vermont Community Foundation and the incredible production team at Mount Mansfield Media. Their commitment to Vermont’s youth and positive sports culture made this vision a reality.
Watch the video now and join us in shaping the future of sportsmanship in Vermont!

SATEC is excited to offer a Track and Field program again this spring for Grades 5-8.
Registration will remain open until March 14th.
Once we know the level of interest we will confirm our practice schedule. To help gain a sense of the practice commitment, last year we tried to schedule 3 practices per week with many of them held at Collins Perley. We are hoping to start practices the week of April 7th (weather dependent).
