Greetings Phalen Virtual Leadership Academy Families,

Happy Friday! Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration Weekend! Monday, January 20, 2025 is a day of service. Do you have plans to serve within your community?

Are you still enjoying the snow? Personally, I am not. It has warmed up today, but please use caution as we are expected to receive -2 degree temperatures on Monday and Tuesday. The BEST part is that we do not have to brave the cold, stand at a bus stop, load a cold bus or bundle up to get to school, because we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from the warm comforts of home with the best teachers we could ever hope for!

Registration remains open for the 2024-2025 Academic School Year. Please share your success at PLA Virtual with friends, family, neighbors and organizations, as we may be a great school choice for them as well. Our registration link is below. We appreciate all the referrals that have been shared with us by YOU. They are proud to give your name as the person who referred them, and we also sing your praises in return as we appreciate all of our families.

We look forward to seeing your scholar(s) on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for week 23 of our school year! Our Grades 6-12 scholars begin their school day at 8:00am and our Grades K-5 scholars begin at 8:30am.

Phalen Virtual Leadership Academy (PLA Virtual) is a tuition-free online learning academy for Indiana families in grades K-12. We are backed by an accredited university to help empower our scholars and families to accelerate academic success with high-quality curriculum taught in their own environment.
