Board Brief

A quorum of the CUSD #205 Board of Education was held on Monday, September 9, 2024.

The following items were presented, discussed, acted upon, or approved.

This is the time when visitors may request to address the Board of Education on any item germane to the role and functioning of the Board of Education. When the Board President so directs, persons should stand, give their name and begin their statements. Persons are asked to refrain from making any personal comments regarding any individual. The board President reserves the right to limit presentations to five minutes.

C. AP Scholar Recognition

During the 2023-2024 school year 136 students took 216 AP exams in May. Students took AP exams for AP Biology, AP Human Geography, AP English Literature and Composition, AP Statistics, AP Art and Design- Drawing, AP English Language and Composition, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Physics I, AP Physics II, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus.
