Instruction News

This Saturday, we will be having our first Saturday camp of the year as well. Be on the lookout this week for October Intersession Tutoring Slips. We want to invite you to attend PK-8 Parent & Teacher Conferences this Tuesday, Sept. 17 (4:30-6:30pm). This will give you an opportunity to discuss your child's progress with their teacher.

Campus Attendance

We take a lot of pride in our attendance at Tornillo PK-8. Please help us maintain it at 98%! September is Attendance Awareness Month and in order to help promote our attendance, our students are encouraged to dress-up every Wednesday. For this Wednesday, students are encouraged to dress in red, white, & blue in observance of September 11 Remembrance. You can find the Attendance Dress-Up day descriptions at the end of our newsletter.
