August 2nd, 9:00-10:00am
Session 1: The importance of engagement, some of the research behind it, etc. Then, touch on the two ways to Tech Like a Pirate. Emphasis on apps and collaboration.
August 4th, 8:00-9:00am
Session 2: What I mean in the book about being a "Maverick Teacher" and the importance of taking risks. Emphasis on video/audio and games
August 9th, 9:00-10:00am
Session 3: Some of the doubts and roadblocks that prevent us from creating engaging classes -- and how to overcome them. Emphasis on images and exploration.
August 10th, 9:00-10:00am
Session 4: Where to find ideas going forward so they'll be able to create their own engaging lessons beyond this book. Emphasis on global connections and storytelling
