NORTH NEWS UPDATE

6th graders will be participating in FIELD DAY tomorrow during 6th & 7th periods! Bring water, money for concessions (if desired), & sunscreen! We look forward to celebrating our year with a ton of fun!

7th graders will be traveling to Antietam Recreation for their field trip tomorrow! Remember to bring a modest swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water & spending money.

Pool Safety:

- All students will be required to wear appropriate swim attire.

- Lifeguards will be on duty, and students must follow all pool rules.

- Any student not comfortable swimming must inform a teacher in advance.

- There will be separate swim opportunities for boys and girls.

- Bring towels

Petting Zoo Safety:

- Students will be reminded to approach animals calmly and with care.

- Handwashing stations will be available after interacting with animals.

Outdoor Responsibility:

- Students should wear weather-appropriate clothing, including sunscreen.

- Encourage your child to stay hydrated throughout the day.

8th graders will be participating in an awards assembly during 2nd & 3rd (approx 8:25-10:00am) periods tomorrow. In the afternoon, they will be celebrating with a picnic on the patio! We look forward to celebrating with them!
