PHS FH Weekly Update 9/23 - 9/27

Hello everyone,

For those of you looking to purchase your daughters FH photos (if they took one) or the team photo: JVB only, JVA only, V only or the entire 3 team group photo from Yary photography you will have to call them directly to make the purchase. I spoke with our rep yesterday and explained to her that the photographer did not bring the handouts that they normally have with the instructions on ordering photos online with our group number. She said, if you call (909) 393-4625 and ask for Claudia she can help you order your daughters photo or team photo. They usually charge a late fee of $10, but they are waiving it for us since they did not provide the proper paperwork. If you already made an order and paid a late fee call them and ask for a refund.

Everyone who bought something online from our team spiritwear store should have a $10 credit/refund on your credit card for the shipping fee. In the beginning I asked them not to charge a shipping fee and to just send everything to be distributed at the field, as we have always done in the past. Last Sunday, I made an order and saw that they charged me $10 for shipping. I called them and had them go in and refund everyone the $10 fee. Please, check and make sure you received your refund, if not, let me know.

Time and scorekeepers are needed for all games. Away games only needs one scorekeeper to keep track of the book. However, if 2 people want to sit together at the table they can. Home games we need a person to do the time clock on the field and the scorebook on the field at the table. We also have the score booth open during our home games for the scoreboard. One or more people can sit in there to run it and watch the game. If you don't want to be responsible for the game clock on the scoreboard you can just add the scores, or run both. The instructions are on the wall and it is fairly simple. It's a great view and shaded and there is a pair of binoculars in the booth if needed. Tuesday, 9/24: Game for JVB v Olympian HS

• JVB- game v Olympian at PHS @ 6pm

~arrive at 5pm for field set up and warm up.

• JVA & V Practice 6:30-8:30pm on turf- watch second half of JVB game and full practice after.

Wednesday, 9/25: ALL TEAMS have practice

• ALL TEAMS practice 6-8pm on turf
  

Thursday, 9/26: Triple Header all teams play games @ La Jolla High School--

SECRET SISTERS ALL THREE TEAMS

• JVB @ LJHS game at 3:30pm

~Release from class 1:30pm--Bus departs at 1:45pm

~or with green slip arrive at 2:45pm for warm up

~Stay after to watch first half of JVA game

• JVA @ LJHS game at 4:45pm
  

~Release from class 1:30pm--Bus departs at 1:45pm

~or with green slip arrive 3:45pm for warm up

~stay after to watch first half of V game

• V @ LJHS game at 6pm

Tuesday, 10/1: Game for JVB v Del Norte

• JVB v DN- 6:15pm at PHS

• JVA & V- Practice 6:30-8:30pm on turf- watch second half of JVB game and full practice after.

Wednesday, 10/2: JVA & V games @ RB-- ALL THREE teams ride bus to RB for games--

SECRET SISTERS ALL THREE TEAMS

• JVB- will ride bus and attend the JVA & V games to watch and cheer on Poway.

~Bus departs at 1:45pm. Release from class 1:30pm.

~or with green slip arrive 3:00pm

~Watch both JVA & V game- wear your green away jersey

• JVA @ RB @ 3:15pm on turf

~Bus departs at 1:45pm. Release from class 1:30pm.
