Registration for the 2025 - 2026 school year is open. Please log in to your Power School Parent Portal to enroll your student(s).

Early Reminder To Parents: ALL MEDICATIONS must be picked up from the school nurse by a parent or guardian no later than Friday, June 6th at 1pm. All remaining medication will be destroyed after that time. No medications can be stored over the summer. Please review the below Horry County Schools Medication Policy.

As summer is quickly approaching we have attached a copy of this years, Summer Reading Program with the reading log. Students should receive a paper copy from their teacher as well.

If your student has been missing items such as jackets, hats, water bottles, lunch boxes, etc. please have them check the 2 lost and found areas before the end of day on the last day of school. Any items left after the last day of school will become donation items.

If you are not currently a member and wish to join our PTA, the cost is $7.50 per person, per school year.

If you are interested in renting our FES Spirit Rock, please complete the attached form and return it to the office with payment in care of the PTA. Please email ForestbrookSpiritRock@gmail.com with any spirit rock questions or inquiries.

All changes to a students transportation for dismissal must be submitted in writing to the main office. Please provide a signed note with contact information if you have prior knowledge that the student will be going home a different way or picked up by a different person.

If the student is already at school and you need to make a change to their transportation home, you must send an email to the following address with the appropriate information:

A student is considered truant after:
three (3) consecutive all-day absences, or

five (5) cumulative all-day absences, or

ten (10) or more unexcused tardy or early releases

which are not excused by a medical doctor's written statement, proof of bereavement, or principal's approval.
