Valentine parties will be held on Thursday, February 13th!

• Please send party guests with the event ticket. This decreases the wait time guests will spend during entry.
• If your student will be checked out after the party, please return the Check-Out Ticket to school on Monday, February 10th so that the office can check Skyward to verify that the student is permitted to leave with the named adult.

In order to have plenty of elbow room, enough time and food for everyone, and to stay focused on students, we ask that parents NOT bring school aged siblings to class parties. We would like parties at SGE to be a time for the class to connect and celebrate its hard work together. Thank you for your cooperation.

Last Week's ADA for SGE: 90.96%

ADA stands for Average Daily Attendance and is defined as the total days of student attendance divided by the total days of instruction. Check out SGE's ADA trends in the chart above.

"98 IS Great!" We'll celebrate as a campus when we hit a week with 98% attendance!

We recognize that illnesses and events take place that necesitate absences, however, we do encourage every student to be in school every day he/she is able. Let's work for 98%!

We're celebrating three new Leaders of the Pack! Here's what their teachers had to say...

Alina demonstrates superior leadership! She knows right from wrong, and she shares those ideals with the class. When there are conflicts, she tries to help those students solve the problem. She is always willing to help a friend who doesn't understand. Way to lead with integrity!

Stephen saw a teacher having trouble holding the door open, so he stopped to help. He could have kept walking but chose to use his time to be kind and help. This showed that he cares about others and wants to be helpful.

Sawyer is ALWAYS encouraging others and celebrating her peers when they make growth on Istation or when they solve math problems correctly. She's so kind!

Academics + Character = Success

SGE celebrated 100 days of school! It was so much fun seeing our kindergarten friends dressed as 100-year olds! We also enjoyed 100-days treats from our SGE PTO!

• Student’s full name
• Student’s grade level
• Student’s homeroom teacher
• The transportation change you want made for today (bus rider to car rider or car rider to bus rider)

Requests made after 1:30pm will not be processed. Notes, phone calls, text messages and emails sent to any other email will not be processed.
