Well, not to students just yet - but we are OPEN. This is our theme for 20-21 - #CliftonparkisOPEN. Use it for everything! Our CP family will spend our last year in this building we've called home since 1964. It will be a year full of "lasts" - but a year full of anticipation for a BRIGHT FUTURE! I was able to tour Maude Moore Wood ES last week, to get an idea of what our building will be like - and y'all, it is breathtaking. I am so excited for us, but I am ESPECIALLY excited for our sweet students! They will have access to things they have never seen before - like a stage that connects to a huge music room, covered playgrounds, state-of-the-art technology, and very importantly - state-of-the-art safety features. We will join Bellaire's staff and students; we are OPEN to making new friends and forming new bonds!
As we get ready to welcome our students (physically) to in-person learning on September 8, we will have much preparation to do. Please remember to keep an OPEN mind and OPEN lines of communication. I probably don't know the answers, but I will ask. This has been a TOUGH five months, but honestly - there's no one I'd rather be in the trenches with than THIS TEAM of workers! We've got this!
