WHAT'S NEW THIS WEEK?
PRINCIPAL'S POST
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this communication finds you all well.
I can’t believe we are at the end of September already. I continue to be amazed with the quality of young people we get to work with at Mio AuSable Middle/High School. I am proud of the character, service, and work ethic our kids bring with them each day. Are we perfect? Definitely not! We have some hiccups from time to time but overall, our student body is stepping up to the challenges from our staff to improve their academics and their character.
Next week is Homecoming for Mio AuSable Schools. I want to give a shout out to Christina Carroll who is serving at our Student Senate Advisor and our Class Sponsors for their work with our students to prepare for the upcoming events. There are details of dress up days and other activities posted in this bulletin. We hope to see you at the parade and at the game.
Warm regards,
April Margaritis

RESIGNATION
Dear Parent and Guardians,
I am writing to inform you that, after several weeks of personal leave, Mrs. Candise Esper has made the difficult decision to resign from her position at Mio AuSable Middle/High School. While we are saddened by her departure, we fully support her decision and wish Mrs. Esper the very best in her future endeavors.
In light of this change, we are pleased to announce that we have secured an experienced and highly respected educator, Peggy Nietiedt, to assist us during this transitional period. Mrs. Nietiedt is well-known to both our students and the community, and we are confident that her experience and dedication will provide the stability and support our students need at this time. She will be working with us until we secure a permanent replacement.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work through this transition. Please know that the well-being and success of our students remains our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
