It's hard to believe, but it is that time again to order your yearbook! Don’t miss out on the chance to remember all the memories we had this year at Ryan! This year all orders will need to be completed online. If you are interested in purchasing a copy for your child, please ORDER HERE with our ⚡school code 15113324⚡ (we are using Lifetouch again). Flyers will be sent home in Friday Folders with more information.

All orders will need to be in by April 5th and will be distributed to students the last week of school.

Furry Friends Donation Drive!

April 15th-April 19th.

Student Leadership loves animals and is dedicated to supporting a good cause!

All donations will go to Foothills Animal Shelter and will be accepted from April 15 to April 19. Donations can be dropped off in the bins near the front office. Please see the list below for items the shelter accepts. We hope you will consider donating because it will make a difference for all animals still in the shelter. Thank you and you are Pawsome Hawkstars!

What items are most needed?

· Wet cat food

· Dog & cat treats

· High-value dog treats (canned chicken, chicken baby food, hot dogs)

· Plastic pet carriers

· Gift cards to PetCo, PetSmart, Amazon or other pet supply stores (please give directly to the front office)

· Litter boxes

· Dog leashes

· Cardboard cat scratchers

Yes!! We love our volunteers. Contact your child's teacher if you have availability. Depending on the class, teachers can have volunteers come into the building to read to a student or small group of students, have students read to you, grade papers, file Friday Folders, put up bulletin boards, cut out laminating or help in the library.

School Starts at 7:45am - instruction begins promptly at 7:45am

Kinder Dismissed at 2:30 - this allows families who have children in multiple grades to grab the littles and meet the other child outside their classrooms for dismissal.

1st -5th grade - School is Dismissed 2:35

Grades K-5 Thursdays Late Start (request child supervision if not in SAE)

All times shift one hour later every Thursday morning, except for SAE.

PK is welcome to come to breakfast, but needs to be accompanied by an adult

Please complete the Pre-Arranged Absence Form. This is the most efficient and preferred way to let the office and your child's teacher know that there is an upcoming, planned, multiple day absence. Your child's teacher will send you to this form if you email them to let them know of an upcoming absence.

This must be completed 3 days prior to the absence. For a list of excused absence reasons, please see the Jefferson County Schools Student and Family handbook.

If your child will be absent for illness, a medical appointment or other reason that doesn't require more than one day out, please bring in documentation and just call the attendance line the day of the absence.
