We are very proud of our Juniors who took the ACT last month. Their scores are in and when compared to the 23-24 school report card, we saw across the board growth! A fantastic job by all of our Juniors!

We will conduct on Spring MAP testing this coming week. MAP is a great tool that we use to monitor the academic progress of all of our students. We also use the data to plan extension and intervention activities. The Spring assessment will allow us to see the growth our students have made over the course of the entire school year. The testing schedule is listed below. It is important that all students are here on time, ready to go, and give their best effort so we can have a true picture of their progress. It will also help us in making decisions on class placements for the 25-26 school year.

Monday, April 21st - Reading

Tuesday, April 22nd - Math

Wednesday, April 23rd - Science

Thursday, April 24th - Science

Friday, April 25th - Gateway and Vocational School Sophomores and Juniors will test in the cafeteria.

This past week was National Assistant Principal's Week. We want to recognize our very own Ms. Staci Paff! We are fortunate to have Ms. Paff as part of the Belleuve family and thank her for all the work that she does to invest in our students, teachers, and school community.

Our Seniors participated in a Career Fair today at Newport High School to learn about post secondary options for employment. THANK YOU to Mr. Dave Pelgen for arranging this opportunity for our Seniors.

Our Juniors participated today in mock business interviews today with students from the Haile College of Business from Northern Kentucky University. This gave our students a chance to get feedback on their interviews and develop their career ready skills.

Attention all SENIORS! Caps and Gowns for graduation have arrived! They can now be picked up at the main office. To pick up your cap and gown, both the Senior and the Parent/Guardian must come to the main office and sign the cap and gown pick up form. The Bellevue Independent Schools Board of Education officially approved the graduation date for the Class of 2025. Each Senior will receive 10 tickets for the ceremony. See the image below for further information.

Normally, we would be off school on May 20th due to Primary Election Day in Kentucky. However, due to our winter weather, we have to make a day up with students. All Bellevue Independent Schools will now be in session as normal on Tuesday, May 20th. Please mark your calendars.
