The 2024 Rowayton Carnival was a major success! For the first time in some years, our community was able to enjoy this special event under blue skies and sunshine. This tradition could not take place without the immense commitment and support of our families and school. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Rowayton PTA, Carnival Committee, staff, families, and volunteers that made this event so special. Your hours of dedication are appreciated by so many.

Join us on Friday, May 10th for a guaranteed night of fun with your friends from 7pm-11pm at Skipper's Hall at Cove Marina.
TWO BANDS will be there with live entertainment: Funke Your Face and Old School 203

Do You Know a Family with an Incoming Kindergartener or New Student?
On May 10, Rowayton will host an Open House for incoming Kindergarteners and their families. This event is also open to new students in other grade levels. This is only available to families that are fully registered so please encourage your friends to get their registration complete. The office staff can support anyone with questions.

Calling all artists, ages 7-10! LaLa Land Art Studio in Rowayton is offering Expressive Painting Workshops on the Norwalk Public School’s upcoming early release date on Monday, May 13th.
If you’re looking for something fun and creative for your child to do during those early release hours, have them come paint with us!!! To register for either, or both dates, click the link below! ⬇️

Cell Phone and Communication Device Policy
Students are not to use their cell phones or communication devices while at school. This includes smart watches, wireless earbuds, wearable tech, or any device that allows messaging and/or calls. These devices are not allowed in any learning spaces within the school including but not limited to the gym, library, cafeteria, bathrooms, recess areas, and classrooms.
If a student is found to be carrying or using a device during school hours, the device will be confiscated for parent or guardian pick up in the main office. Office hours are 8:00am -4:oopm Monday through Friday when school is in session.
If your student needs to have a device for communication outside of school please follow the following procedure.
1. Turn the device completely off before entering school
2. Secure the device in a backpack before entering school
*The school is not responsible for any lost or stolen devices.
