Spring Book Fair
Snowflake Stations in the Library -- January
In January students learned all about snowflakes with fun, winter read alouds! Our 4th and 5th grade students read a biography about Wilson Bentley who spent his entire life photographing snowflakes and is one of the main reasons we know what a snowflake looks like, and how it's formed! All students were able to choose a snowflake station or two to explore what a snowflake looks like and to try to recreate their own with various supplies! It was a joy to see their creativity in action! Take a look at the picture slideshow below to see their creations!

Our McDermott Library is open to all readers!
Parents/Guardians you are more than welcome to create an account with our library to check out books! You might have younger Falcons or might want to read a book with your Falcons at home!
Swing by the library to create an account in the morning, 7:15-7:40, or you can send me an email to set up time that work's better for your schedule!
Fill out the Google form below if you aren't able to come into the library to set up your account and would like additional books sent home to read with your child!
