STEAM Extravaganza is Going Virtual
Celebrate STEAM Week May 9th-17th
Hello to all of our STEAM Champions. Unfortunately, we cannot have our traditional STEAM Extravaganza on May 16th as planned but we can still celebrate!
We are looking for THEME related creative fun activities and challenges promoting STEAM thinking that can be shared each day on social media during STEAM Week May 9-17. Here is the list of daily themes for inspiration.

Some ideas for different types of content you could create
- 3 to 5-minute video demonstrations- of activities, experiments challenges that can be posted during Oregon STEAM week
- Lesson Plans-STEM/STEAM lesson plans by grade
- PDF's of activities, experiments, and challenges- for all grade levels
- 5 to 15-minute virtual tours of your workplace-this can be done with your phone or we can assist with the technology
- 5 to 15-minute virtual field trip- around your favorite outdoor area or even your back yard
