Important message from our PSC:
Hi NIAM families-
We can't believe it's already time for Thanksgiving! We have so much to be thankful for! We are looking forward to our Thanksgiving Feast this year, and we would love for you to help us serve lunch to our students. Please use the link below to sign up for a time to volunteer.
We are providing turkey, macaroni and cheese, and cookies to each student, and we are requesting that families donate items to help us complete our meal. Please refer to the flyer below for the donation item requested for each grade level.
We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
Are you coming to the Thanksgiving Feast?
Thanksgiving Feast is next week, November 17th during their lunch time(s). In order to plan for the feast, we need you to fill out the Thanksgiving Feast Pre-Printed Badges Form below.
Helpful things to know:
Parents, you are welcome to join your child for the feast, however, the food provided is for the students only. You will need to arrive at least 20 minutes early with your ID in order to get a NIAM badge to eat lunch with your student. By completing the form below, before arriving on campus, we can pre-print your visitor badge and reduce your wait time.
Below is the lunch schedule:
Kindergarten: 11:00 - 11:30
1st Grade: 11:25 - 11:55
2nd Grade: 11:40 - 12:10
3rd Grade: 12:05 - 12:35
4th Grade: 12:30 - 1:00
5th Grade: 12:45 -1:15
Check out the events happening after Thanksgiving break below:
Parents, we have several students who have health conditions such as asthma and/or severe allergy/anaphylaxis, but do not have any medications and/or paperwork at school. Please help us be prepared in case of emergency for your child by giving the proper medication and documentation to the health office asap. Don't wait!
If your child needs medication at school, whether an over-the-counter medication or prescription, a medication administration form needs to be on file with the medicine in the health office. We are not allowed to give medication to students that has not been provided by their parent/guardian. All medication should be in its original container and if it is a prescription, it must have the pharmacy label attached. The form needs to be signed by a parent/guardian for an OTC med and must be signed by a parent and the physician for a prescription. This allows school staff permission to administer medication to your child if needed. Note: A separate form is needed for each medication on file.
